🔌 First, try this: Disconnect and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network Toggle your device’s Airplane Mode on and off Move closer to the main router (usually in the living room) 🚫 Avoid streaming or downloading on multiple devices at once — this may affect speed.
Q: Is there a backup connection or hotspot?
Yes — in case of local outages or service issues, we sometimes provide a backup hotspot device (availability may vary). 📞 Message us if the main Wi-Fi is completely down.
Q: Can I work remotely from here?
Absolutely! 💻 The home is equipped with reliable high-speed internet and a cozy workspace. Great for video calls, emails, and Netflix breaks 😉
Q: Alexa or smart devices aren’t responding — why?
If Alexa or other smart home gadgets aren't working, they may have lost connection. Please check the Wi-Fi on your own device — if it’s down, those devices likely are too.
